• A 40% deposit is required upon order confirmation.
• The remaining 60% balance must be paid before shipment.

 Existing Customers (Long-Term Clients):

• 100% fully payment before shipment

Return or Refund Policy

1. Period - the customer can report any defects or quality issues an exchange/return of the product within 30 days after receiving the product.  Returns are accepted only for faulty items due to manufacturing defects.
2. Requirements - product return, would be exchanged with the similar product, different product, or just refund.
3. 100% Good Conditions - the purchased product, price tag, packaging, shipment, receipt, etc.
4. Customized or personalized orders is NOT refundable or exchangeable.
