New Customers:
- A 30-50% deposit is required upon order confirmation.
- The remaining 50% balance must be paid before shipment.
Existing Customers (Long-Term Clients):
- 100% fully payment before shipment

Please note that refunds for credit card purchases will be credited back to the same card within 7–30 business days after the return is approved. Return or Refund Policy
- Period - the customer can report any defects or quality issues an exchange/return of the product within 30 days after receiving the product. Returns are accepted only for faulty items due to manufacturing defects.
- Requirements - product return, would be exchanged with the similar product, different product, or just refund.
- 100% Good Conditions - the purchased product, price tag, packaging, shipment, receipt, etc.
- Customized or personalized orders is NOT refundable or exchangeable.
